Effective for all QueenSMM.com users — please read carefully

By placing an order on QueenSMM.com you accept these Terms of Service (ToS). We may update the ToS periodically — review before ordering. Rates and policies may change without prior notice. QueenSMM.com is not responsible for actions taken by social platforms (account removal/suspension) that are outside of our control.

2 Order Policies
  • Duplicate Orders: No refunds for duplicate orders on the same link while one order is processing.
  • Link/Account Changes: No refunds or refills if you change the link, make the account/post private, or change username during an order.
  • Multiple Panels: If you use multiple panels, follow start/end count rules and avoid overlapping orders for the same link.
  • Guaranteed vs Non-Guaranteed: Only guaranteed services are eligible for refills/refunds as described per product page.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery estimates are indicative. Delays during processing aren't automatically refundable.
  • Public Accounts: Make sure the target account/post is public and the link is correct before ordering.

Refills apply only for significant drops (common threshold: 2% or more, check the service page). Refills require the original link to be public and unchanged. Refills are not applied after username changes or when new orders affect counts.

Orders generally cannot be canceled after placement. No refunds for link changes, wrong links, private accounts, third-party failures where no refund is received, or abuse violations. Refunds (when applicable) are credited to your QueenSMM.com account for future purchases unless otherwise specified.

We respect your privacy. Personal data is used only for order fulfillment and support. We do not sell user data. Accounts involved in illegal activities will be deactivated immediately without recourse.

Follow payment instructions carefully. Third-party payments must be properly documented; otherwise funds may be held or account actions taken. For deposits from third parties, provide proof when requested by support.

Failure to follow our rules may result in suspensions without refund. Contact support for order clarifications. Abusive language or spamming may result in immediate action or account termination.
